We want you to love your Peppermayo purchase, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Choose Return Type

Select whether you would like a store credit or an exchange for a different size, and download your prepaid shipping label.

Pack and Post

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest post office.

Processing and Credit

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
