How long does shipping take?

We offer Express Shipping globally. For Australian orders, delivery typically takes 1-2 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally arrives within 3-7 business days.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please note that sale items and intimates are final sale.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your parcel's journey directly on the courier's website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options including Afterpay, Klarna, and Zip Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
